Absolutely excellent service department! I was down on vacation when my truck went into limp mode. I was stranded and they quickly got my truck in and found the problem. Saved me having to rent a vehicle to get back home to canada.

I am an out of state vacationer. Last Friday afternoon my Cadillac started sputtering. I found Beach Buick on line close to my location. They were very busy but their service team made the time to diagnose my problem. They explained their findings, thought it was junk in gas line which was now out. They left the ticket open for the weekend and told me to come back Monday if I had any other issue. I called them Monday to let them know all seemed to be back to normal and thanked them. Special thanks to their team for being kind and caring to an out of state visitor! If I lived here they would be the dealer of choice for my vehicle needs! Thank you !!

3/27/2024: I just have to give credit to new Service Advisor Kate Terrones. She listened to me describe the annoying transmission-like noise when I drive even after I replaced my Michelin tires (as was previously suggested) with a different Michelin style. She and her mechanic diagnosed the problem as worn front axle hubs. Kate worked with my auto warranty company to cover everything but my $250 deductible. My car was fixed while I waited, and to my delight…no more annoying noise! Thank you Kate for solving this mystery without blaming my tire design/brand like others had done previously.?????????? 2023: Had a great experience with Service Advisor Max Moncure! He clearly explained the issue with the front axles on my 2016 Cadillac SRX and worked with my auto warranty company to get about 2/3 of the repair costs covered. This repair was a safety issue so I was quite pleased to get the problem resolved so quickly and easily, with my sincere thanks to Max and his GM-certified mechanic. - Mark VanValkenburg, The Bluffs on the Waterway.

This is a shout out and recommendation for Beach GMC.  I want to thank Nick Desmond for a job well done.  Nick is a great salesman.  Dallas worked out a great deal and Mark finalized the financing expeditiously.  I have been using the Service Dept for 4 years and now I had the pleasure of buying a car from Beach GMC with the excellent work of Nick Desmond along with Dallas and Mark.  Great job guys and thank you for making me a very happy GMC owner.  This is my 5th GMC vehicle.

I feel like I received a fair deal on my trade and on my Mercedes Benz purchase.  After the purchase, I noticed an issue that I had not seen in my initial walk-around.  When I brought this to their attention, the General Manager, Dallas Maxwell, corrected the situation in a timely and satisfactory manner.  The service manager was informative and patient, taking the time to explain the initial issue.  Mr. Maxwell stated that he wanted only happy customers, so he did not hesitate the address my concerns.  I appreciate the customer service.

My service customer representative, Brandon Vaughn was the best representative I have ever the opportunity to work with when purchasing a car and I have been purchasing cars for 45 years. He went above and beyond to help me . He spent extra time researching whether the car I was interested in could be flat towed by an rv and if it met the weight requirement. He persisted to find the answer to our question. Brandon is very personable and a good listener. It is obvious that he cares about his customers and wants to help them reach their goals of buying a car that meets their needs.
